How To Make Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients
- cupcakes
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 600 g icing sugar
- digestive biscuits, crushed
Method
Sift you icing sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the cream cheese and beat for about 5-10 minutes until light and fluffy.
You can either leave the icing plain, or you can add lemon or orange rind at this stage.
Pipe the icing onto a cupcake and decorate with crushed up digestive biscuits.
