Ingredients

  • 2 white bread slices
  • oil

Method

Begin by cutting the crusts off your slices of bread.

Cut them into cubes of roughly the same size so they cook in the same amount of time.

Cook the pieces of bread in a deep fat fryer for 3 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Remove them to a bowl with a bit of kitchen paper in it to absorb some of the fat.
