How To Make Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 1/2 curry powder
- 2 tomato puree
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g cauliflower
Method
Heat oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, curry powder, tomato puree, chopped cauliflower, coriander, chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock.
Mix everything together and simmer for about 25-30 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
