- 2 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey tea
- boiling water
Put 2 tsp of loose leaf earl grey tea into a teapot.
Fill up the pot with boiling water. As this is black tea, you can't really scald it as it is already oxidised.
Leave to steep for about 5 minutes.
Purists will want to drink it on its own, but you can serve it with a splash of milk or a slice of lemon.
