Smoothies are all the rage these days, but can be a bit fiddly to make. In this step by step guide Karen Ridges shows you how to make an easy banana and berry smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp dairy free yogurt
- frozen berries
- 1/2 glass of hemp milk
Step 1: Blend the Smoothie
Add half a glass of hemp milk and some chopped banana to a blender and blend well. Add a handful of frozen berries. Blend again until there is a nice, smooth consistency. Serve.
