Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 red wine
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 200 g tinned tomatoes
  • Tabasco sauce
  • salt

Method

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Cook for about 30 seconds, then add the cumin, garlic powder, and chilli powder. Stir and cook for about 1 minute.

Add the wine, garlic and a few shakes of Tabasco sauce. Mix, then add the blitzed tinned tomatoes and mix well.

Cook slowly for about 2 minutes and serve.
