I cant cook to save my life so i went to the Iceland store and bought one of their frozen sunday dinners in a box you simply microwave . . result . . AGHHHHHHHH!! (pUke)!

Easiet way is peel the potatoes and add to the microwave with water for 10 minutes. Remove from microwave and add to preheated oven for 40minutes gas mark 8. Now thats simple. No oil, no fat just healthy

the best crispy potatoes are made from using lard and king edward potatoes they are the best parboil put lard in tin heat lard in oven add spuds spoon the heated lard over then in the oven 1.1/2 hours bish bash bosh real good nosh

when i cook meat i always put it in water and oxo cubes then when its partly cooked i drain off some of the meat water into a roasting tin and then place raw tatties in it and then put it in the oven voila roated spuds that are par boiled in the juice of the meat and they taste wonderful

unnecessarily complicated. Besides with all these steps, it makes it hard to manage a larger portion. I coat raw potatoes with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil. I cover my roasting pan with foil tightly. I let it cook for about 10 minutes(or more depending on the size of the pieces) then I remove the foil and increase the heat to make them crispy. I add the spices and or herbs in the coating process. Duck fat is a good substitute for olive oil.

i aiways roast my potatoes from raw creates yummy tough crispy outer texture. try it.....
