Ingredients
- 1 kg icing sugar
- 800 g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- milk
Method
Add the icing sugar and butter to a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is fully incorporated. For whisking, it's best to use butter at room temperature. Add one or two teaspoons of vanilla extract for flavour and whisk until evenly distributed. If the mixture gets too thick, add some milk and whisk through.
