Ingredients
- 1 cupcake
- buttercream
- coloured fondant
Method
First, take your cupcake and swirl some buttercream on it, then smooth it with a palette knife.
Using your fingers push some fondant icing into a circle, then roll flat. Cut a disk shape with the cutter.
Place your icing disk over the cake and gently smooth it with your hand.
Flatten another piece of fondant icing, and with a flower plunger cutter, cut out flower shapes and push them straight onto your cupcake.
Cut out a fondant butterfly, bend the wings slightly, and stick it on with a little water.
