I am not a big fan of a vinegar taste (although I know it is in many things I like), so I made this dressing with meyer lemons from my tree. I also used Truvia instead of sugar. I have to say that as I made it, it was a bit too sweet, BUT be that as it may, it would go fantastically well on a salad of spinach, bacon and red onion. I will make it again sometime in the near future and use vinegar to hopefully cut the sweet.
