How To Make Fried Chicken Livers
Tina Roche from the Cambridge Cookery School explains how to make pan fried chicken livers, laced with Marsala dessert wine. A delicious meal, rich in flavour which is quick and incredibly simple to prepare yourself.

Ingredients
- 50 ml marsala
- 400 g chicken livers
- ground black pepper
- salt
- oil
- butter
Step 1: Cooking Chicken Liver
Preheat pan with oil and butter. Add chicken livers to pan with some ground pepper and salt. Cook for a couple of minutes until brown.
Step 2: Adding The Marsala Chicken Liver
After a few minutes, turn the livers over and pour over some Marsala. Keep cooking until the sauce has reduced and the livers are cooked through.
