How To Make Fudge Brownie Delight

Step 1: You will need…

  • 1 chocolate brownie
  • vanilla ice cream
  • fudge sauce
  • whipped cream
  • chopped nuts
  • 1 glace cherry
  • 1 ice cream scoop
  • 1 sundae glass

Step 2: Cherry

Drop a glace cherry into the bottom of the sundae glass. This adds some colour and also makes for a good ending!

Step 3: Brownie

Ideally the brownie will be fresh from the oven. If not warm it for about 2 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius, or for about 30 seconds in a microwave.

Crumble a little of the brownie into a sundae glass.

Step 4: Ice cream

Place 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream over the brownie, it should begin to melt.

Step 5: TOP TIP

Dip the ice cream scoop into a cup of warm water before you dish out the ice cream. This will make it easier to scoop.

Step 6: Layer up

Crumble in another layer of warm brownie, then spoon over a layer of vanilla ice cream. Keep going until you get to the top of the glass.

Step 7: Cream

Give the can of whipped cream a vigorous shake. Hold it upside down over the dessert and squirt on a rosette of cream.

Step 8: Toppings

Drizzle over a little fudge sauce. Add a sprinkling of chopped nuts, place a glace cherry on top and serve.
