How To Make Fudge Icing
Donna Egan and Sam from Buttercup Cake Shop show you how to make fudge icing. This gooey, choclatey and delicious icing is made with cocoa mass from a deep, dark taste that is sure to provide the a perfect accompaniment for your cake.

Ingredients
- 180 g melted butter
- 200 g cocoa mass
- 180 g milk
- 500 g icing sugar
- vanilla extract
- salt
Step 1: Whisk and Mix Together the Elements
Add the melted butter and cocoa mass to a bowl. Whisk together. Add the milk, icing sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Use a mixer if you have one and mix the ingredients well. Place the mixer on low at the start.
Step 2: Serve your Fudge Icing
Make sure all the icing sugar is incorporated into the mixture. Serve your fudge icing.
