- 55 g butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, finely crushed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Place the softened butter in a bowl and mix with the crushed garlic, lemon juice and some salt and pepper until fully combined.
Make sure your butter has been out of the fridge for at least 45 minutes before using. Crush and chop the garlic very finely to ensure that it blends well with the butter.
Once mixed, wrap the butter in clingfilm and leave to set in the fridge for around 30 to 45 minutes. When solid, remove from the fridge and cut into the sizes you require.
