How To Make Garlic Cheese Bread
Fresh garlic and cheese bread which is just out of the oven tastes really excellent either eaten as it is or with something on the side.

Ingredients
- 410 g white flour
- 8 g sea salt
- 6 g yeast
- 1 mixed herbs, oregano, parsley, thyme
- 30 g rye sourdough starter
- 30 g white sourdough stater
- 20 ml olive oil
- 50 g mixed olives, chopped
- garlic
- cheese
Method
Put all your ingredients into a mixing bowl with some water. Work everything together with your hand. It is a very wet dough, but don't add extra flour.
Once mixed, turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, then leave covered with a bowl for the dough to relax for about 30-45 minutes.
Add garlic and cheese and bake on a tray lined with baking paper.
