Step 1: Prepare The Garlic
Crush the garlic, then peel it and cut it up into pieces.

Heat up a pan, then add the garlic and the olive oil.The longer the olive oil sits in the garlic, the more flavour it will have.

Once the oil has come warmed up, add the salt and any herbs you want.
Step 4: Infusion
Leave the oil for a few days for all the flavours to infuse into the oil.
