Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 ml groundnut oil
- 250 ml British rapeseed oil
- 1 English mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon juice
- seasoning
Method
Gently whisk the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and seasoning together in a bowl. Add the oil and garlic gradually, whisking continuously.
Serve with fresh bread and crudites.
