Ingredients

  • vodka
  • ginger

Method

Peel and shred up some ginger, then put it in your glass and cover with vodka.

Cover the glass and leave for 5 days, during which time the ginger will break down and become infused into the vodka. Strain to remove the bits.

Serve this vodka with tonic, soda or as part of a cocktail.
