How To Make Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1: Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
Today, we're going to make chocolate chip cookies for everyone. A quick and easy recipe. We're start by turning on the over to 350 degrees. Next we'll gather our equipment. A large mixing bowl for the dry ingredients, a medium mixing bowl for the wet ingredients, measuring cups, one cup and one-half cup, and measuring spoons, one tablespoon and one-half teaspoon.
Next we'll measure our dry ingredients. Two and a half cups almond flour, one half teaspoon baking soda, one half teaspoon salt, and one half cup chocolate chips.
Step 2: Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
Next we'll measure out our wet ingredients. One half cup grapeseed oil, a half cup of agave, and one tablespoon vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients. Mix together the wet ingredients.
Step 3: Mix wet ingredients into dry
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and then we'll just form the dough by combining everything in our large bowl.
Step 4: Form ½ inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet
We've made our batter, so now let's make the cookies. I like to use and ice-cream scoop. It's a little faster than using your hands. Flatten the cookies with your hand.

Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes
Next we'll put the cookies in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 7: Cool and serve
