- 1 bunch of red grapes
Step 1: Prepare The Grapes
Remove the grapes from the stalk and place them in a blender.
Step 2: Blend The Grapes
Do two of three bursts of blending to chop up the grapes. You do not want them to be liquidised, just chopped up.
Step 3: Sieve The Grapes
Place the blended grapes in a sieve over a bowl to drain off the juice.
Step 4: Press Down With A spoon
Use a spoon or other utensil to press down on the grape puree to extract every last bit of juice.
Step 5: Serve
Discard the grape skins and flesh remaining in the sieve, then serve the juice.
