dont /have/ to wash the tray with most red meats... but it still would not hurt to be safe i suppose

if you put these in a oven . i use metal skewers myself . put them on a miiddle tray . also put a tray at the bottom of your oven to catch the drips . gas mark 5 . if they stick on the bars don't worry when there cooked they will come off easy . also do make sure you use a different tray . make sure all the meat are the same size so they cook at the same time . one on the video lookes a bit raw ...

You would also want to wash the tray before putting the cooked meat back on it for health concerns or use a different tray.

Perhaps you should marinade the lamb first, then light the BBQ though! :-) But I'm sure folks will work that one out if I did!
