How To Make Green Pea Soup
Green pea soup is tasty and healthy, and makes a perfect lunch or light supper accompanied by some buttered crusty bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 300 g Fresh Peas
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- Fresh Tarragon
- Creme Fraiche
- Chive
- Pancetta
- Stock
Step 1: Fry
Add a knob of butter and some olive oil to a pan and heat it on the hob. Add the chopped onion and garlic and soften over a medium heat, then season.
Step 2: Boil
Pop in the peas and stir, then add the tarragon. Add stock and simmer until the peas are cooked. Blend until smooth and sieve for a finer texture.
Step 3: Serve
Serve with a little creme fraiche and pan-fried pancetta. Decorate with some pieces of fresh chive.
