To prepare the blue-cheese dipping sauce: add the sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, 2 tbsp of the cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to a bowl and stir.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Separate the chicken wings at the joint and remove the tips, then add to a bowl.
Coat the wings with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt.
Place on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes.
To make the buffalo sauce, add melted butter, hot sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp of cider vinegar and salt to a bowl and mix.
Add the cooked wings and toss to evenly coat.
Serve with the blue cheese dipping sauce and celery and carrot sticks.
