Step 1: You will need

Step 2: Spray

Spray the heavy duty spray directly on the effected areas. Give it a good coating. Leave for just a couple of minutes to let the cleaning agent work into the grouting.

Step 3: Scrub

Scrub along the scummy grouting with a metal scourer. The dirty will easily lift away. Work your way all around the effected area. Avoid scrubbing the tiles as they may scratch

Step 4: Rinse

Rinse with hot water. Scrub a little more if you can see any left over dirt.

Step 5: Polish

Give the tiles a final wipe over with a paper towel or soft cloth

A great result.

    I agree that there are many things wrong with this tutorial. Try Milton sterilizing fluid on milldew, diluted about 1:3. Soak on for a few minutes and rinse off.

    its impossible not to scratch the tile using metal scourer , the name implies what job its intended for toothbrush and diluted bleach work perfect for my tiles,

    Wow, what a horrible idea! There are so many things wrong with this turorial - one, she shouldn't be in a closed area with such a strong substance! Two, bleach would be so much more effective. Three, who uses a metal scourer on TILE? Wrong, so wrong.

    Someone told me if you bleach out the stains, you need to re-seal the tile to prevent the growth of mildew and to prevent water from getting under the tile and popping it out in the future. Is this true?

    What a load of nonsense. There's NO improvement at all! Bicarb on a toothbrush would be more effective

    I would suggest a tooth brush with something little less aggressive than oven cleaner, I like the idea of the yellow rubber gloves though.
