What the heck is "gas mark 7?" - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gas_Mark
I preheated the oven to 425F, rinsed off the fish, dredged them through Italian (seasoned) breadcrumbs, place on cookie sheet & cook for 15 min. Serve with tartar sauce or lemon. Option: use smashed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. What the heck is "gas mark 7?"
yummy
Oh my gosh this was great.
This was the added extra that was needed to unsmoked haddock . So simple but effective
