Step 1: You will need

  • 1 ltr apple juice
  • 350 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 1 melon ball scoop
  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 ladle
  • 1 hollowed pumpkin

Step 2: Shape the apple balls

Using the melon scoop, form little balls from the apple and place them in a bowl. Next, spike each ball through its heart (or at least through its centre) with a clove.

Step 3: Make the punch

Into a saucepan over a medium heat, add the apple juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, apple balls, and the cinnamon stick. Give it a quick stir and allow it to heat for only a few minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it cool.

If you would like to make your punch a little more "deadly", add some vodka and brandy at this stage!

Step 5: Serve

Once it has cooled a little, place the punch into the hollowed pumpkin. It will make the perfect petrifying centre-piece to any Halloween party.
