How To Make A Havana Cocktail

Step 1: You will need...

  • 25 ml light rum
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 25 ml pineapple juice
  • ice cubes
  • 1 25ml/50ml shot measure
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 squeezer
  • 1 shaker
  • 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't include one)
  • 1 cocktail glass

Step 2: Prepare your cocktail

Half fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the light rum, lemon juice and pineapple juice, fix on the lid and shake well.

If you're shaker doesn't have a strainer, put a small sieve on top.

Step 3: Present your cocktail

Pour the drink out into the cocktail glass, serve and enjoy!
