How To Make Healthy Sandwiches

Now we're going to show you some fresh and appetizing sandwiches. Now I'm going to show you how to make healthy sandwiches. For this healthy sandwich, I'm going to use my homemade falafel with mint, mango chutney, and red onion.

The falafel is just spinach and chickpeas puree with mango chutney, fresh mint and onion. Its wet based so there's no butter or mayonnaise to make it healthy. So first of all you take your two slices of bread, over to your falafel mix, evenly spread it across both sides, as its tasty, the more the better, you can add salad to this sandwich, so we're going to add some lettuce and some cucumber as it works well with mint.

Place the second half on top. Cut on the angle, then angle again, take your plate. And that's how you make healthy sandwiches.
