Ingredients
- 1/4 ginger
- 1 handful kale
- red currants
- hemp seeds
- dried apricots
- 1 banana
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 fig
- 1/4 pear
- frozen blueberries
- rice milk
Step 1: Prepare The Smoothie
Place a handful of kale into the blender, some red currants, some hemp seeds, some dried apricots, add some ginger, a banana, squeeze some lemon juice, add a couple of slices of pear, a fig, and some frozen blueberries. Now add about half the quantity of fruit of rice milk into the blender, and blend until everything is nice and smooth. Serve into a serving glass.
