Here is a quick and easy step-by-step guide to making the most healthy shakes, made with really delicious ingredients. Tony Bishop-Weston, the masterful chef, runs you through this wonderfully easy-to-follow method of making only the best shakes!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ginger
  • 1 handful kale
  • red currants
  • hemp seeds
  • dried apricots
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 fig
  • 1/4 pear
  • frozen blueberries
  • rice milk

Step 1: Prepare The Smoothie

Place a handful of kale into the blender, some red currants, some hemp seeds, some dried apricots, add some ginger, a banana, squeeze some lemon juice, add a couple of slices of pear, a fig, and some frozen blueberries. Now add about half the quantity of fruit of rice milk into the blender, and blend until everything is nice and smooth. Serve into a serving glass.
