How To Make Homemade Burgers

Ingredients
- olive oil
- onions, chopped
- garlic, chopped
- parsley, chopped
- beef mince
- breadcrumbs
- tomato ketchup
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
Method
Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions for 5 to 6 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Once cooked, remove from the pan and leave to cool.
Once the onions and garlic have cooled, place in a large bowl and mix with parsley, mince and breadcrumbs. Mix together with your hands and add tomato ketchup, Tabasco, salt, pepper and some lightly beaten egg. Work the mixture together with your hands. If it feels too moist, add more breadcrumbs. Shape into two patties.
To cook the burgers, heat some vegetable oil in a pan. Cook for three to four minutes, turning the burgers every 30 seconds or so.
