How To Make Homemade Cookies
There's nothing better than the smell of homemade cookies wafting from your kitchen. With this simple recipe your only problem will be persuading your guests to leave!

Ingredients
- 85 g flour
- 55 g butter
- 25 g sugar
- 4 dried apricots
Method
Chop up your apricots and mix together with the flour, butter and sugar until you have a dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and roll into a cylinder.
Remove from the cling film and cut into 1 cm thick rounds.
Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees.
