How To Make Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken wings
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 140 ml chicken stock
- 200 g honey
- salt
- pepper
Method
Season your chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Add your garlic to your honey and mix together. Pour the honey and garlic mixture onto the wings along with the stock. Mix everything together.
Leave for 4-5 hours in the fridge to marinate.
Place your wings in a baking tray, pour over the marinade, and bake them at 190 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
When they are ready the stock will have evaporated. Coat each wing in the sticky sauce left in the pan and serve with a little parsley.
