Our next infusion with vodka is very interesting. If you're using horseradish, you can grow it in your garden, and it grows like a natural root, in fact. Once you grate it, and you have to take a bit of care grating it because it's very powerful, infuse it either in Karlssons, I would recommend, Latent of Kremlin or 42 Bello.
These vodkas work very well with horseradish. When you're grating it, take care, because it's extremely strong. Now, the best way to infuse it is in a strong vodka like Karlssons.
Latent of Kremlin is very good as well, or even 42 Bello works extremely well with this infusion. To gain the best from it, it takes two weeks to a month in order to get the pungent taste of it. When you're infusing the horseradish, about a sixth of the bottle full of horseradish grated will be enough for you to get the pungency, so any less and you really won't get the strength in the right commodity.
A great drink to use your horseradish infusion with is with the Bloody Mary, and that really livens it up. And that's how you make your horseradish infusion. Very simple!.
