In this tutorial Matt from the Underground Cookery School shows you how to turn regular caster sugar into icing sugar using store cupboard ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups (250ml) caster sugar
  • 1 cups (250ml) cornflour

Method

Add equal quantities of sugar and cornflour to a blender and blend for 15 to 20 seconds.
