Ingredients

  • 2 tsp jasmine pearl tea

Method

Add 2 tsp of jasmine pearl tea to your tea pot.

Add water at 80 degrees Celsius to your pot, this will prevent the tea from scolding.

Leave for 3 minutes for the tea to infuse.

You can infuse the tea 3 or 4 times, as the pearl shape retains it's flavour very well.
