WOW
without brandy can i make prawn with garlic
can i use white wine instead of brandy that would taste better and with coriander...
Has anyne tried this dish woth the heads on?
Olive oil does not like high heat. Use grapeseed oil or coconut oil instead for all dishes that call for very hot oil
I agree, prawns or shrimp that are pre-cooked can NEVER be substituted for raw.. in fact, I don't think there is anything I would want them for! They just have so much better flavor if you cook them fresh. This is a nice recipe. Garlic and prawns were made for each other! :)
muy rico
No, no no. You can't substitute cooked shrimp or prawns for raw!!! It changes everything!!
I have just bought a pack of ready cooked king prawns. I suppose I can just heat them up in the garlicky oil?
