Ingredients
- Lamb
- Butter
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- 250 g cous cous
- 400 ml stock
Method
Place your couscous in a non-metallic bowl.
Heat up your stock and add the butter, a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Pour this over the couscous and leave covered for 10 minutes.
Transfer the couscous to another bowl. Serve with some cooked lamb and a drizzle of olive oil over the top.
