How To Make Lime Vodka

In this tutorial Ali, from Mixology Events, shows you the simple steps to make a lime infused vodka at home.

Ingredients

  • vodka
  • lime

Method

Begin by removing some skin from the lime, you can do this with either a canelle knife or with a normal knife. If you use a knife, remove the pith, then cut it into strips.

Put your lime skin strips into your mixing glass, and pour over your vodka.

Leave for 2 weeks to allow the essential oils to infuse from the lime into the vodka.
