In this video, I'm going to show you how to make loose tea. Today, we have a rather exquisite Honey Orchid Phoenix Ulan Tea. As you can see, it is almost black in colour with long wild strips of tea.
To brew this tea, I am using a clay pot. The first step is to warm the clay pot. With the water warming the clay pot, I'm going to warm the pitcher.
With the pitcher warming, I'm also going to warm the tea cups. I'm now putting the tea leaves in to the tea pot. Now this Honey Orchid Phoenix Ulan Tea requires water temperatures around maybe eighty-five to ninety degrees Celsius.
I'm pouring hot water in to the tea pot in a circular fashion. This allows the tea to dance in the tea pot. Now this Honey Orchid Phoenix will take about forty to fifty seconds to infuse.
Now the first infusion will typically be lighter because the tea leaf requires some time to unfold and relax. Please enjoy this cup of Honey Orchid Phoenix Ulan Tea and this how you make loose tea.
