How To Make Low-Fat Vinaigrette

Step 1: You will need...
- 120 ml orange juice
- 40 ml balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 bowl
- 1 whisk
- 1 spoon
Step 2: Combine the ingredients
Combine the ingredients into a bowl spoon in the mustard. Then add the shallots, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, and season with salt and pepper. Briefly whisk everything together and slowly begin to drizzle in the olive oil in small amounts, whilst whisking continuously.
Step 3: Serve
With a spoon, evenly drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad greens and serve.
