Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped
  • 200 ml evaporated milk
  • 3 leaves of gelatine, soaked
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 2 icing sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 mint sprigs

Method

Peel and slice the mango, then puree it in a blender. Mix the puree with the evaporated milk, caster sugar, icing sugar, the juice of 1 lime, and the chopped mint.

Heat the soaked gelatine on the stove until it melts, then add it to the mango mixture.

Pour the mixture into bowls and leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours until set.
