Ingredients
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 chopped red chilli
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 mango
- salt
- pepper
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 1/2 lemon
Step 1: Prepare The Ingredients
Dice your red onion, chop your coriander, chop your flat leaf parsley, chop your red chilli, dice your green pepper, and dice your half mango.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
Combine all of the above ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add some salt and pepper, and then your sunflower oil. Mix around well. Now squeeze your lemon juice into the bowl, add a dash of sugar, and mix again.
