How To Make Meatballs

Ingredients
- pork, diced or minced
- chuck steak, diced or minced
- smoked bacon, diced
- fresh basil, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Method
Mince pork and beef together and place in a large bowl. If you are using meat that is already minced, place the mince straight in a bowl. Add the diced smokey bacon. Add the chopped basil, salt and pepper and mix well. Knead well to bind the mixture.
Once the meat is well mixed, take small pieces out and form into balls, ready for cooking.
