How To Make Moroccan Mint Tea
In this tutorial tea sommelier Jemma Swallow, from The Tea Box, demonstrates how to perfectly brew a pot of Moroccan Mint Tea. Jemma uses gunpowder green tea and fresh mint to make this lovely Moroccan brew.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp gunpowder green tea
- fresh mint
- 3 brown sugar cubes
Method
Put a bunch of fresh mint in your pot, then place the strainer over the top and add 3 cubes of brown sugar.
Add 2 tsp of gunpowder green tea to your pot and pour over water at 80 degrees Celsius.
Leave it for 3 minutes to brew. Do not leave it any longer as it will make the green tea bitter.
Finally aerate the tea by pouring it into the cups from a height.
