How To Make Mumbo Jumbo Cocktail
Mumbo Jumbo Cocktail. As exotic as it sounds - a hearty cocktail perfect for winter months! A refreshing mix of dark rum and brandy sweetened by a hint of lemon juice. Taste our Mumbo Jumbo Cocktail.

Step 1: You will need
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- Ice cubes
- 50 ml dark rum
- 50 ml brandy
- juice of half a lemon
- cinnamon stick, for garnish
- 1 50/25 ml shot measure
- 1 shaker
- 1 strainer (if the shaker doesn't already include one)
- 1 old-fashioned glass
Step 2: Prepare your cocktail
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice of half lemon. Fill half of cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Into the cocktail shaker add the dark rum and the brandy. Then add lemon juice
Finish by adding the caster sugar, ground cinnamon and grated nutmeg.
Ensure that the lid is secure and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Present your cocktail
Attach a strainer to the top of the cocktail shaker and strain the cocktail into an old-fashioned glass almost filled to the brim with ice cubes. Decorate with cinnamon stick. Enjoy this exotic drink as a warm and hearty winter treat!
