How to make naturally curly hair look good. First, the hair has to be wet, completely wet, all the way through. If it's slightly started to dry, it's not going to work, you really need it to be completely wet.

So, Elaine's hair is soaked all the way through. Now, what you want to do is take quite small sections, as if you were straightening it, so it's kind of the same size section which is about two finger's width apart. So, you take your next section.

Now, what you need to do is again, just make sure the hair is still really wet all the way through, and then, with just a little bit of product, cream is generally the best, you can do this with mousse but it's just a bit easier to do it with cream. Rub it all the way through your hands, so it's all the way through, this should do two or three sections at least. Now, you want to take the hair and just take it through the hair, try to avoid the roots at first, get most of the product off so it's on the hair, lengths and ends, before you come up near the roots.

And then take the hair from where it's going to be, where you can see where those natural curls are. It can vary from head to head on what your curls are. Now, what you want to be doing is still smoothing it through but then starting to twist it with your fingers, just like that, to really just entice the curl and twist it round, right the way to the end, like so.

Again, just try and find the curl, can you see there, that's where the curls starting. Pick that section up, all the way through just coating the hair, pulling it through and again, twisting it around your finger, around and around, until all of the hair is completely coated. Not heavily coated, just make sure it's completely coated.

And you repeat this process all the way through the hair. If the hair starts to dry in certain sections, just spray it down and keep going. But you must make sure the hair is wet when you are applying this product.

And then, if you keep working your way through the hair and just doing what I have just done there, you will see your hair will be lovely, natural, beautiful curls which will stay separated curls and wont be such a frizzy mess that curly hair can sometime be. The best way to let your hair dry, if you've got curly hair, after you have done this process, is to leave it to dry naturally. If that's not always possible you can use a hair dryer with a diffuser, but always on a really low heat and a low power, just really gently on the hair because you don't want to disrupt the curls that you have created.

If you can leave it to dry naturally, it will dry like that and you will have lovely curly hair and afterwards just a little bit of hairspray and there you have 'How to Make Naturally Curly Hair Look Good'.
