How To Make Organic Plant Food
Plants and vegetation are essential to our survival. They provide us with the oxygen-rich air we breathe. Increased pollution and difficult growing conditions could affect the life of your houseplants. If you want to help your plants help you and don't want to use commercial fertilizers or chemicals, follow these easy steps to find out how to feed your plants the natural and eco-friendly way.
Step 1: A Better Solution
In an empty plastic spray bottle, pour an ounce of 3% hydrogen peroxide and one cup of water. The hydrogen peroxide solution is a natural oxidizer and your plants will love it. Thoroughly mix the solution and screw on the top.
Step 2: Feed Me, Seymour
For lush, green and healthy plants, spray your new solution at the base of your plants and on the leaves once a month. Your new organic plant supplement is safe, effective and won't break the bank.
Tips & Comments
If you use this technique and want to keep your solution around for awhile, you should not put it in a clear container. It comes in a brown container for a reason and that is because light decomposes it into water and oxygen. I tried this immediately when I saw this video. I'll let you guys know if it works!

actuall all of u guys are un informed because h202 has a an extra oxygen atom which keeps it from rotting and boosts the quality of the plant. and fyi thats why you are suppost to make a formula of h20 and h202! so the plant wont die!!! im a high school student giving yall a lecture. im a freshmen for godsake!
This is completely stupid and useless. Hydrogen peroxide provides absolutely no plant nutrients and there is no benefit to applying it. Plants require nitrogen phosphorus and potassium along with a number of other essential nutrients. H202 has none of these nutrients. While plants do use small amounts of H202, they make their own and it is used in very small quantities to fend off diseases and is only used at the site of infection. Other than that plants actually go through considerable trouble to get rid of H2O2 as it is often accidentally produced as a by-product of both photosynthesis and respiration. H2O2 can lead to the formation of super-oxides AKA free radicals which can cause considerable damage to cell membranes and other cellular components. This is precisely why plants are so high in antioxidants, they do not normally want oxidizers randomly floating around in their systems. H2O2 application provides little to no benefit and runs the risk of harming your plant.
H2O2 or hydrogen peroxide is not organic and is not found naturally as it decomposes rapidly to water and oxygen. What I know of biology is that oxygen is "waste" from the plant. If you think this is organic plant FOOD, I must say you need to keep your camera down, spare the lady - indeed a lovely lady - and do some gcse reading
