How To Make Pad Kaprow Koong

Step 1: You will need
- half onion
- quarter a quarter green bell pepper
- 1 large fresh red chilli
- 3 small fresh red chillis
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- a handful peeled Tiger prawns.
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish stock
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- a handful French beans
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- a few fresh basil leaves
- some lettuce
- some parsley
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 wok
- 1 spoon
Step 2: Prepare the vegetables
Slice an onion
then do the same with a green pepper
1 large red chilli
and 3 small red chillies
You only will be using a small amount of each ingredient.
Step 3: Stir-fry
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok at a high temperature.
Add the 3 small chopped chillies and fry for a few seconds, then stir. Then add the onion and fry for a few seconds until slightly softened
Next add the peeled tiger prawns
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of fish stock
1 tsp of caster sugar
a handful of French beans.
Add a small amount of the chopped pepper and a small amount of the large chopped chilli.
Add 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
and finally a few fresh basil leaves.
Stir fry until the prawns turn pink in colour
Step 4: Garnish
Trim 1 lettuce leaf and place it on a serving plate. Add a few sprigs of parsley. Somchai is also adding an orchid, but don't worry if you don't have one.

ha???????? how could you leave out the garlic???? start by frying garlic with the chillies, and please no dark soi sauce, you should nead oyster sauce, and add it when you add the fish sauce. i guess the thai chef forgot how to spell thailand
