Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • vodka

Method

There are two ways of making peach vodka, the first method is to leave a whole peach in vodka for 2 months. This method will preserve the peach, so you can leave it in for as long as you like without it going off.

The second method is to dice a peach, macerate the fruit and pour over the vodka. You then leave this mixture covered in a cool place for 4 days. After 4 days you will have to strain it to stop the peach going rotten in the vodka.
