How To Make Peanut Butter Balls

This video shows how to make peanut butter balls with chocolate coating. Delightful as it is to the taste, this is one dessert you can make out of Fair Trade nuts, and is perfect served with a tasty cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • 170 g Peanut Butter
  • 200 g Icing Sugar
  • 120 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate, to coat

Step 1: Mix the Ingredients

Add the peanut butter, icing sugar, softened butter and vanilla to a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Make the Balls

With wet hands, shape the mixture into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Pop in the freezer for an hour to firm up.

Step 3: Cover in Chocolate

Dip each ball into a bowl of melted chocolate coating, removing them with a fork. Once the chocolate coating is set they are ready to serve.
